This project focused on rebuilding and upgrading the property’s concrete surfaces and perimeter fencing to improve durability, access, and overall curb appeal. Existing concrete was removed and replaced across the approach, driveway, patio, and walkways, with select areas expanded to improve daily functionality and flow.

All new concrete was poured to code, properly reinforced, and tied into the home where required to ensure long-term structural performance. The driveway was rebuilt for strength and longevity, while the rear patio was redesigned to create a clean, usable outdoor living space. A new service walkway was also added to provide direct access to the HVAC unit without disrupting lawn areas.

In addition to the concrete work, new fencing was installed around the property to enhance privacy, security, and visual consistency. This included cedar privacy fencing along multiple sides of the property, decorative iron fencing for contrast, and new access gates for convenience.

All demolition materials were hauled off and disposed of properly, and the site was fully cleaned at completion.
