When to call
What needs doing, and the month it needs doing in.
Most of this work has a window. Inside it the job is straightforward; outside it the same job takes longer and costs more. Here is the year.
Spring
March – May

The season a bed either gets its year or spends it catching up. Mulch going down before the weeds come up is worth more than any amount of pulling them out later.
Summer

The quiet season for planting and the good one for digging. If a low spot flooded in spring, this is when it is easiest to fix.
Autumn

The busiest window of the year and the one worth booking early. This is the season most of our reviews are written about.

Booking and paying
Four questions, answered before you ask.
Is this the same company as the design-build side?
Yes — same crews, same phone number, same standard. We separate the two on the website because the two jobs are genuinely different to buy: a renovation starts with a consultation and a plan, and a fall cleanup starts with an estimate and a date. Nothing about the work is separate.
How do I get a price?
Tell us what needs doing and roughly how big the property is, and we will come and look at it. You get an itemised bid, so you can see what each part of the job costs before you agree to any of it. Transparency is not a policy we advertise, it is how the bid is written.
How does payment work?
The same way it works on every job we take. We require 50% upfront to secure your place on the schedule and order materials. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion — once the job meets your expectations.
How far ahead should I book a fall cleanup?
We are typically booked out 2 to 4 weeks depending on the season, and autumn is the season that fills first. If you want the leaves gone before the first freeze, the time to call is before everyone else notices the leaves.
