This project focused on fully finishing and defining the landscape through a combination of softscape installation, structural improvements, planting, and privacy enhancements. The goal was to deliver a clean, cohesive outdoor environment that is visually polished, functional, and built for long-term performance.

The work included final grading and installation of sod to restore lawn areas and create smooth transitions throughout the property. Decorative ground coverings such as mulch, natural stone, and gravel were installed to define planting beds, manage drainage features, and complete the overall design aesthetic. All bed areas were prepared with landscape fabric and clean edging to ensure crisp lines, weed suppression, and lasting definition.

A comprehensive drip irrigation system was installed to support all new plantings, delivering efficient, low-maintenance watering tailored to each planting zone. This system was carefully integrated beneath all landscape materials to remain hidden while promoting healthy growth and water conservation.

Structural elements were added and improved through the construction of new retaining walls and the rebuilding of existing walls to enhance strength, alignment, and appearance. These features provide both functional grade support and visual structure within the landscape.

The project also included the installation of a wide variety of trees, shrubs, and perennials arranged for balanced scale, seasonal interest, and long-term growth. Plant placement was guided by sunlight exposure, spacing, and visibility to ensure the landscape matures gracefully over time.

To complete the transformation, a new cedar privacy fence was installed to increase security, privacy, and visual continuity across the property.
